Nationwide Delivery:

We provide nationwide delivery throughout Pakistan for all orders.

Shipping Rates:

FREE delivery on every order, all over Pakistan. No minimum order value — we bear your delivery charges.

Delivery Timeframe:

3–5 working days for major cities, and 5–7 working days for other areas. Please note that delivery times may be extended during sales periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation delays.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times begin once your order has been processed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Issues:

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe or if there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
